Allergy warning:  The Body Sport®medium tension red flat resistance band contains latex.  If you have a latex allergy, do not use. Non-latex bands are available though online vendors. 

Improper use may cause injury.  Follow all safety instructions on proper care, grip and technique.

Consult your physician and assess your fitness levels before beginning any exercise program. If you experience any discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, discontinue exercise immediately.

Inspect band for wear and tears prior to each use and refrain from using if defective.

Store out of direct sunlight, indoors in a climate controlled area.  If exposed to prolong sunlight or high temperatures, do no use as the band may have become defective.

When anchoring the band around your body or any other object, firmly secure to prevent slipping and injury.  Do not use product in any manner that may cause it to snap toward your head and cause injury to eyes. 

Do not stretch any band more than four times length (300% elongation).  Over stretching can cause any band to snap, resulting injury.

This product is not a toy and should not be used without adult supervision.  Do not chew or allow others, including pets, to chew on this product.
